Pesto Crusted Trout

Ingredients:

2 Trout Filets with skin, tail and fins intact

1 teaspoon Seafood Magic Seasoning Blend

2 tablespoons Pesto

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Preparation:

  • Rub each filet with 1/2 teaspoon of the Seafood Magic and 1 teaspoon of the pesto over the meat side of each filet.
  • ┬áHeat oil in skillet over medium high heat
  • Place the filets pesto side down and cook until slightly browned and a crust is formed
  • Flip the filets and cook skin side down until the fish is done
  • Serve with lemon
